Below are three options to choose from depending on your needs and budget.

This option allows you to reserve the Barn and Pavilion for your event, and access to the grounds the day before the event.

  • The organizer would be responsible for providing all aspects of their event including all set up (tables, chairs, flowers, decorations, food, beverages etc.)
  • The organizer is resposible for breakdown and clean up after the vent

This option allows you to reserve the Barn and Pavilion for your event. SWE will provide tables, chairs (up to 50 ppl), and decorative lighting including the setup and breakdown of these items.

  • The organizer can then execute all other design and planning for their event to fit their expectations and budget including, decorations, food, flowers, music, etc.
  • The organizer also has access to the Barn Apartment and Loft beginning one day before the event. The Barn Apartment can sleep two people while the Loft can sleep up to six (6). Access to these facilities would be at an additional cost.

Under this option, the organizer has access to the Barn and Pavilion and SWE the day before the event. SWE will provide tables, chairs (up to 50 ppl), decorative lighting, and a 20x20 tent that holds up to 50-75ppl which will be set alongside the barn and can be used as the customer wishes (dining, food prep, lounge area, etc.)

  • The organizer is responsible for all other planning and decorations including a wedding planner (if appropriate), flowers, food, music, etc.
  • The organizer also has access to the Barn Apartment and Loft beginning one day before the event. The Barn Apartment can sleep two people while the Loft can sleep up to six (6). Access to these facilities would be at no additional cost.
  • The organizer is also able to use the property for pictures one day before the event for pictures for no extra charge.
